The Race begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. and will follow the St. Patrick's day parade route thru scenic and historic downtown Naperville. It will be run prior to the parade. It will begin and end at the corner of Jackson and West Streets. For course map, refer to:
Those registering prior to the race will receive a short-sleeve, Reebok PlayDry Tec RunningShirt in either men's or women's sizes. Also available is a long-sleeve, cotton shirt in a youth large size.
CHIP TIMED
This is a certified 5K Chip Timed Race. A disposable timing chip will be issued to all registrants. Walkers and Runners welcome alike. Awards will be provided.
DOGS, STROLLERS, ETC.
Dogs, skates, skate boards, bicycles, scooters, or regular strollers will NOT be allowed. However, RUNNING STROLLERS will be allowed.
GEAR CHECK
Gear Check will be available near the race Start/Finish line for participants to store their gear during the 5K.
POST 5K PARTY
After the run, a 5K party will be held for all registered participants and sponsors in the event tent in the parking lot at Centennial Beach. Food, drinks, and Green beer will be served.
